All left and right selections are based on facing the window.
How to Think About It
Stand inside your room and look directly at the window.
👉 This is the point of view we use when referring to:
- Stack direction
- Control (cord or wand) location
- Motor placement
Examples
- Right stack → The blind or shade stacks on the right side as you face the window
- Left control → The cord or control is on the left side as you face the window
Important
- Do not think in terms of “inside vs outside” or “stage left/right”
- Always use the room-facing perspective when selecting options
Tip
If you're unsure, stand in front of the window and physically point to the side you want—this will match how the order is placed.
